| 1990 | In June Matthias Lindner and Gerold Knauer founded the company Landmaschinen Vertrieb Deuben GmbH ( a limited liability company for agricultural machinery) |
| 1991 | Started operations in Cunnersdorf and first „Open Day” |
| 1994 | Set up of the service company LBK Land-, Bau- und Kommunalmaschinen Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbh (a limited liability company for the administration of agricultural, building and commercial machinery) |
| 1995 | Moved into the new building in the industrial estate of Gerichshain |
| 1996 | The 5th anniversary of the company was celebrated |
| 1997 | Buildings were extended and the first farmer's ball was celebrated |
| 1998 | LVBS Landmaschinen Vertrieb Bad Schmiedeberg GmbH was founded |
| 1999 | New sales district Bad Lausick, was apportioned and the entire personnel of the previous dealer „WAC” were taken over |
| 2000 | Personnel were moved from Bad Lausick into the new branch of LVD GmbH in Rochlitz in the industrial estate Eichberg on the main road B7 |
| 2001 | Mobile spare parts maintenance scheme was started to provide a better service for our customers; first diagnosis computer „Service Advisor” was acquired |
| 2002 | Production of our own trailers for platforms in Rochlitz was initiated |
| 2003 | LVD GmbH became a centre for harvest and logistics |
| 2004 | Achieved First distinction in the Shell Service Award (which is a distinguished service award) |
| 2005 | Second extension of the building and upgrading of the office wing and the spare journal began; visit by the prime minister at the booth of the local John Deere dealers at the „Agra” in Leipzig which is an important fair for agricultural machinery in central Germany |
| 2007 | Agrartechnik Lissa GmbH was set up Winner of the Shell Service Award 2007 of Saxony Received the Agricultural Machinery Excellence Award of John Deere |
| 2008 | Winner of the Shell Service Award 2008 of Saxony |
